The High Security Shallow Mount Bollards are an inovative solution for the city street areas and other areas where deep excavation simply isn't an option. Areas where plumbing, sewage, electrical conduits and other under ground obstacles would hinder a deep bollard installation.
The shallow mount bollards were developed to overcome the
installation challenges associated with crash rated bollards. Crash
rated bollards typically require foundation depths of 1000mm or more to
achieve desired crash ratings. Installation of a standard crash rated bollard in
major metropolitan cities, where the area under the pavement and
streets are crowded with utilities and other infrastructure was
impossible, until now.
Decorative sleeves can be placed over any of
the bollards to create a solution to match the
architectural decor of the building. The decorative sleeves come in
several optional shapes and can be coated to match your sites specific
colour requirements.
