Trolley Bays
OKal Sentry Bollards have a range of useable and easily maintained Trolley Bay systems. We can competivaly supply and install shopping trolley
bays for any need, from major shopping complexes
to smaller suburban shops.
- How strong is the system?
Each fitting will support an axial load of 900kg per set screw when tightened to the recommended torque of 54Nm. The clamps also feature anti-corrosion, stainless steel locking screws for strength and longevity.
- What are the key safety advantages?
The system uses only a simple hex key for assembly, removing many of the hazards associated with traditional welded or bolted structures. No need for a welder, no drilling, threading or bolting. It also reduces the chances of corrosion and improves the longevity of the structure.
- How can it improve efficiency?
Simpl - it's faster. Lead times will no longer be blown out by fabrication. Your installation time will be reduced by up to 50%.
- Is it cost effective?
For all the benefits, the fittings are surprisingly inexpensive. In addition, huge savings are made in the cost of design and fabrication.
- Does it meet Australian Standards?
The system has been tested by a NATA accredited labratory to AS 1657 - 1992
- What about pipe sizes?
We have a range of pipe sizes including 26.9mm, 33.7mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm and 60.3mm
- What about vandals?
The system has a simple anti-vandal package which prohibits the tampering of installations.

Trolley Bay enclosures also keep the trolley's from the elements, extending the longevity of the trolley, extending the life of the investment.
The pipe comes in a galvanised steel to prevent corrosion. It can also be painted in most powder coat colours to suit your needs. Design to handle the day to day use of Shopping Carts. Shopping Cart Bays can be designed (depending on space) to handle any amount of Shopping Carts, from a small shop with 10 trolleys to a large airport with 1000's of trolley's.
